Terms and Conditions of the Offer

• The campaign is valid for Miles&Smiles card owners who are members of Elite World Club and only applies to reservations made through direct channels.
• Guests with no Elite World Club membership can fill out the membership form at https://www.eliteworldhotels.com.tr/en/elite-world-club or the application form at the hotel reception to be eligible for the offer. 
• Members must submit their Miles&Smiles TK numbers or digital cards during check-in. Members who do not submit Miles&Smiles TK numbers or digital cards during check-in will not be able to get their Miles.
• Members may earn Miles for stays until January 31, 2025. 
• Members will receive Turkish Airlines miles at the end of the stay, along with the reward points earned by the Elite World Club member in accordance with the Elite World Club general terms of use. https://www.eliteworldhotels.com.tr/en/elite-world-club
• If more than one member stays in the same room, only one member may earn Miles for the stay. 
• Earned Miles will be sent by the 15th day of the following month after the stay. In the event of a problem, you must submit your hotel bill to the hotel you stayed.
• The offer is unavailable for holidays, special occasions, and special packages determined by the hotel.
• The offer is limited to stays in Elite World İstanbul Taksim, Elite World Grand İstanbul Basın Ekspres, Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı, Elite World İstanbul Florya, Elite World Kuşadası, Elite World Comfy Samsun Atakum and Elite World Village İstanbul Polonezköy.
• Members will receive Turkish Airlines miles at the end of the stay, along with the reward points earned by the EW Club member in accordance with the EW Club general terms of use.
• The offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotional advantages and is unavailable for groups.
• The offer is dependent on the availability at the hotel. Terms and conditions of sale apply to public rates of booking specific to each hotel.
• Miles are earned per stay. You may earn miles only once during your stays on consecutive days.
