Easy Dessert Recipes That Will Go Well with Your Coffee


Coffee is one of the indispensable drinks for many of us. Drinking a nice cup of coffee at the start of the day or between the breaks in the day makes us all happy. Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate spread
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • 1 package of vanilla

 

Preparation

Using a blender, beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until it gets foamy.

Add milk, chocolate spread, cocoa and oil into the mixture and continue whisking.

Then add the flour, vanilla, and baking powder to the mixture.

Coat the bottom and sides of the cake tin with melted butter.

Spread the cake batter well into the cake tin.

Bake the mixture in a preheated 180-degree oven for approximately 35-40 minutes.

Take the baked cake from the oven. After it cools down, turn the cake tin upside down and slice the cake and serve.

 

Chocolate Biscuit Balls

 

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Pötibör biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 90 grams of chocolate milk 
  • 1 cup of coconut

 

Preparation 

Add butter to the saucepan and melt it.

Break the chocolate into small pieces.

Remove the melted butter from the stove. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Then add powdered sugar and continue mixing.

Break the Pötibör biscuits into a large bowl.

Add milk, cocoa and roasted walnuts and mix the ingredients.

Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix it well.

Knead the dough thoroughly until it has a thick consistency.

Wet your palms slightly with water and take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them.

Dip the chocolate balls into the coconut that is in the bowl and place them onto the serving plate.
 

Oreo Magnolia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1-liter of milk
  • 1.5 packs of Oreo biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 package of cream
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 of 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • Optionally, pistachio, walnut, or hazelnut pieces for topping

 

Preparation

Put milk, egg yolk, starch, granulated sugar, and flour in a suitable saucepan. Mix all the ingredients so that there are no lumps.

Then put the pot on the stove and add vanilla into it.

Cook the mixture and stir it until bubbles appear. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes after cooking.

Add the cream to the rested dessert and beat with a whisk.

Place the Oreo biscuits in a rondo so they can turn into small pieces.

Add the pudding to a glass first. Place Oreo on top of it and optional walnut pieces in the middle.

Repeat this process one more time. Pour the remaining custard over the last.

Decorate the dessert with pistachios or hazelnuts and let it rest in the refrigerator to cool down.

 

Honey Apple Galette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of strained honey
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cold water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 medium size apple
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

 

Preparation

Place the butter in the rondo, add a pinch of salt and mix.

Then gradually add the flour to it and pass all the ingredients through the rondo.

Then add cold water and mix until the dough comes together.

Wrap the prepared dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Slice the apples not too thinly and add cinnamon on top.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out to the size of a dinner plate with the help of a rolling pin without letting it warm up.

Bend the edges of the rolled dough inwards and place it on the baking tray.

Arrange the cinnamon apple slices on the dough.

Bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Wait for the dessert to cool down.

And finally, pour honey on it and serve by slicing the dessert.
